Deputy Commissioner Nugent Visits Jardine Elementary

Jardine Elementary had the honor of welcoming Deputy Commissioner Nugent to our school this week. We were thrilled to showcase the incredible work our staff and students are doing each day, and we are grateful she took the time to learn more about our school community.

During her visit, Deputy Commissioner Nugent was welomed by our Student Council members, engaged with scholars in classrooms, and saw firsthand the learning, leadership, and joy happening throughout our building. Her continued advocacy through the Kansas State Department of Education is deeply appreciated, and we are thankful for her support of all public schools across Kansas.

We loved having her at JES and look forward to future opportunities to highlight the amazing things happening at our school!
